Registration and Physicals

All XC Runners need to come to the High School and register on August 9th. Please bring your completed forms that your recieved in
the packet that was mailed to you, they have to be processed before you will be allowed to practice. You can download them on the
team page by clicking on "Forms and Printouts".


Anyone who has not had a physical, or has had one but will be a Freshman or a Junior, can come to the HS from 9 to 3 and get
their physical for $10. If you don't have a physical you will not be allowed to practice. Please have all your paperwork
in line before August 11th.


Lastly, anyone who would like to get their ASB card for free can earn it by working at the registration. Contact
