Coolin Fun Run

Angie Brass and Christine Miller ran in the 8.2 mile Coolin Fun Run today. Angie was first in her division and 3rd overall with a time of 57:50. Christine was 1st in her division also, running the course in 1 hour 4 minutes. Eyewitness Niah Brass was quoted as saying, "Mom and Christine did a really good job."

Don't struggle and burst yourself every yard. There is no sense in making a quarter-mile race of a section of the course between yourself and your immediate attendants, so as to crack you all up and leave the field open for the others to jog comfortably in.
