Easy Jog

A light 5 to 10 minute jog is a good idea before stretching. It is important to get your muscles relaxed and loose before you stretch. The pace should be light and easy, starting out nice and slow and working to about 60% by the end. You should not an anaerobic when you finish the warmup.
